· Can Brull, Montseny Natural Park, Barcelona

A communal Bizen tradition celebrating the opening of Kujiragama after its wood firing.

Rooted in the Bizen ceramic tradition, Aki Matsuri is our communal celebration of the opening of Kujiragama. After days of wood firing and cooling, the kiln is opened and the work of flame, ash and time is revealed.
