- Dates
- 11 Oct 2026
- Location
- Can Brull, Montseny Natural Park, Barcelona
What we worked on
A week after the kiln was sealed, Can Brull filled up again for Aki Matsuri. The door was opened brick by brick and the first pieces came out into the light: cups, bowls and jars marked by flame, ash and placement, some with beautiful surprises, some with cracks and losses that belong to a first firing. Mini workshops ran through the morning and afternoon, and the day ended around a shared table. A selection of the pieces is now on show at Musubu in Barcelona.
