What we collect. When you register for an event, join an interest list, subscribe to studio updates, or message us through the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone or messaging handle, language preference, event choices and answers, payment records, and messages. If you request an invoice, we also collect the legal or company name, tax ID, and billing address you provide.

Purposes and legal bases. We use registration and attendance information to take steps at your request and to provide the workshop or event you booked. We keep payment and invoice information to perform that agreement and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We use inquiries and operational messages to answer you and coordinate activities, based on our legitimate interest in running the studio and responding to requests. We send program updates only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Automated assistance. Messages sent to our public accounts may be answered by an automated assistant supervised by our team. It uses approved MK Pottery Studio information and does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Visitor statistics. We collect only aggregate visitor statistics. This self-hosted service uses no cookies, creates no personal profiles, and keeps the data on our own server.

Service providers and locations. Our operational records are stored on servers in the EU. We share data only with service providers needed to run the relevant service, such as payment, hosting, email, and messaging providers. We do not sell personal data. When you contact us through a third-party messaging or social platform, that provider also handles the communication under its own privacy terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area using its own safeguards.

How long we keep it. Registration, payment, and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to run the activity and meet legal, accounting, tax, or claims obligations. Inquiries and operational messages are kept only while needed for follow-up and a reasonable record of the interaction. Update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or we stop the service.

Required information. Fields marked as required are needed to process the relevant registration or request. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to register you or answer the request. Invoice information is optional unless you ask us to issue an invoice.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe from updates at any time. Write to hola@mkpotterystudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
